RST Stud Welding Machine

Product introduction：
RST series Arc Stud Welder is a machine which can generate electric arc between one end of stud and metal work-piece, exert pressure rapidly after the joint surface melted to make the welding finished.  The machine can weld stud M3-28 on the thick mother board usually.
 
Features:
1、Domestic exclusive development of the stud welding machine with prior welding presetting function of welding current and welding time which can be digital display.
2、Welding time can be initialized to 0.01 second grade and welding current can be initialized to single digit exactly. This function tremendously improves the reliability of stud welding machine work and the stability of welding quality, meanwhile it depends less of welder’s welding skill.
3、Special design of mishandling-prevent function to avoid welding the same solder Joint repeatedly.
4、Add Boot Protection function to avoid the damage of chuck and other accessories when power on instant.
5、Provide the function of short-circuit & shutoff protection. After trouble removal, the machine can be recovered normal operation as long as power cut-off and restart. This would not cause the damage of welding machine’s major loop and control board as well as would reduce the fault rate and enhance the service life of welding machine.
6、One set integrates with multifunction: easy switch between stud welding and manual electric arc welding, convenient use.
