Welding project of steel embedded parts for the main stadium of the Olympic Games - bird's nest

The National Stadium (Bird Nest) needs to weld 15000 pieces of "column base pole and support frame" embedded parts, whose structural form is divided into two categories, as shown in a and B in Figure 1, in which the size and material of anchor bar and anchor plate are as follows:
Anchor bar: Φ 20mm, HRB400, inner anchor plate: 20 × 80 × 80mm, Q345B
External anchor plate: 30 × 500 × 500mm, 30 × 540 × 860mm, Q345B

For the structure shown in Figure 1a, first weld the anchor bar on the inner anchor plate, and then weld the other end of the anchor bar on the outer anchor plate of 30 × 500 × 500mm and 30 × 540 × 860mm according to the specified interval. For the structure shown in Fig. 1b, the anchor bars are directly welded on the external anchor plate of 30 × 500 × 500mm according to the specified interval; for the embedded parts of Fig. 1A structure, after the internal anchor plate is welded, the weight of its reinforcement components is about 2.6kg, plus the weight of the moving parts in the welding gun will be more than 3kg, which is difficult for the welding gun for general purpose to work normally continuously. For this reason, our institute specially designed a welding gun with a lifting force greater than 5kg, which is suitable for clamping and welding such workpieces, creating conditions for the completion of welding tasks.
To complete this task, use welding machine: rsm-2500-2, welding anchor bar: Φ 20mm, HRB400, use welding flux: HJ431, conduct welding test on steel plate: 12mm, Q345B. The welded joint is shown in Figure 2.
